Being part of a nationally recognized brand means our customers start with a baseline of confidence, and we work hard to back that up. The way this franchise operates, the standards we set, and the culture we maintain come directly from our owners and management team. Doug and Georgina Johns took ownership of this franchise in December 2025, bringing experience and direct involvement in the decisions that shape how we hire, how we train, and how we show up for customers. They are supported by a field management team that holds our standards in place and keeps our plumbers well-equipped in the field.
We believe every customer should feel informed before work starts, comfortable asking questions, and confident in the person at their door. That doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from the expectations our owners and managers set, the way we support our team, and the accountability we hold ourselves to when a customer needs follow-up or has a concern.
What local ownership means for our customers is straightforward. There are real people accountable for how this business runs, and they are paying attention to your experience. Doug and Georgina Johns and our management team are involved in the details that matter: how calls are answered, how jobs are managed, how our plumbers communicate, and how concerns are handled when they come up. The difference between a customer who feels taken care of and one who feels overlooked is not a small thing.
That involvement matters most when something doesn’t go as expected. Unexpected challenges can occur during even the most routine plumbing work. What we can control is how we respond in those situations. When questions or concerns come up, we won’t brush them aside. We’ll listen, communicate clearly about what happened, and work toward a fair outcome. Local accountability means someone is always reachable and responsible.
A plumbing problem is rarely just a plumbing problem. It’s stressful, disruptive, and often unexpected. Our goal is to be the part of that experience that actually feels manageable. A team that listened, kept you informed, respected your space, and cared about getting it right.
