He did a thorough and excellent job to cable our laundry basin drain, test the washing machine after the clear-out to demonstrate that there was no further possibility for leaking unto the floor, and did a complete search for other causes of the water that appeared on the laundry room floor after my wife ran a load of laundry on Sunday morning.
