The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant. She initially said 4 hrs for service but no one was working. I was not pleased. Not her fault. I ... had to be without any water for 12 hrs. 2 teenagers here. No ac I wasn’t happy at all. I got a call this morning and tech was here in an hour. He was great! Nico. Answered my questions.
