The technician did his job. There was another appointment for the camera gentleman to come out on Monday 9/4/17 at 9:30am no one showed. No call, I then called at ... 10:00 and 1:00 to no avail. They came out fast to do the job at first but no follow up which in my eyes does not fit well with me for a well known company.

Over the weekend we were out and on Monday we came back and saw that our toilets were clogged and one of them backed up really bad.
