Our Services in Charlotte

Comprehensive Plumbing Solutions in Charlotte

The climate and seasonal changes in Charlotte, NC, can present a variety of plumbing challenges, from frozen pipes during winter cold snaps to sewer and drainage issues caused by heavy spring and summer rainfall. Additionally, the region’s clay-rich soil can shift and crack underground pipes. Older homes in the area may also have aging or polybutylene pipes, which are prone to leaks and sudden failure.

Given local plumbing codes and infrastructure considerations, it’s important to work with experienced plumbing professionals. Our Charlotte plumbers understand regional issues, and we deliver customized, code-compliant solutions to keep your plumbing system running year-round!

Roto-Rooter understands that a commercial plumbing issue can shut down your business. This would force you to turn away customers and reduce your business’s productivity. Thankfully, an expert plumber in Charlotte, NC can help!

We provide the following commercial plumbing services to Charlotte businesses, including hospitals, financial offices, food processing plants, and retail outlets:

Water heater repairs are one of the most common reasons homeowners in Charlotte call a plumber. Mineral content in local water, along with year-round usage, can cause sediment buildup that reduces efficiency and shortens the life of water heaters. On average, traditional tank water heaters last about 10 to 12 years, while tankless models can last up to 20 years with proper maintenance. Scheduling regular water heater service can help prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Comprehensive Plumbing Solutions in Charlotte

Scheduling regular water heater service can help prevent unexpected breakdowns.

  • Reduced Hot Water Supply : May indicate sediment buildup, a faulty heating element, or a leak
  • Pools of Water Around the Tank Base : A sign of a serious issue, including a possible hole in the tank
  • Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve Ejecting Water : Indicates high pressure or temperature, requiring immediate attention
  • Strange Noises : Suggest sediment buildup, a faulty heating element, or a leak
  • Discolored Hot Water : Rust or contaminants could be affecting your water
  • Frequent Water Heater Operation : May indicate sediment buildup or a malfunctioning component

Roto-Rooter’s experienced Charlotte plumbers can service all types of water heaters, including traditional, tankless, and solar models.

Grease, soap residue, debris, and tree roots can accumulate in drains over time. It leads to clogs, slow water pressure, or blocked pipes. Charlotte’s heavy rainstorms and mature landscaping can also put added strain on drain and sewer systems. With 24/7 drain and sewer cleaning services, a Roto-Rooter plumber in Charlotte, NC, is ready to clear your drains and help keep them flowing properly. Call us anytime, and an experienced local plumber will arrive promptly to diagnose and resolve your drain or sewer issue.

We use professional-grade drain snakes, rooters, and hydro-jetting equipment to eliminate debris and optimize drain performance.

Thankyou for resolving my leak problem. Would recommend you to anyone for plumbing needs. Very impressed with your employees at the residence. Letha H.

I had what I thought was an initial issue with one toilet that wound up being both toilets plus the tub & shower being backed up. I called to ... see when I could get someone. Stan told me he could be there within an hour & was on a Sunday. I was very impressed with how he showed me on his equipment exactly what was going & gave me recommendations for future to correct in addition to fixing the issue. Stan is extremely nice & takes care of the issue correctly & shows you that it is taken care of by running everything so you are confident is done right. I feel that the company has a good reputation but also feel that you must really employ good people to have someone like him working for you. It is good to know that I have someone now that in the event my grandmom & great aunt have any issues he will take care of them. I feel that he is honest, professional & takes care of things efficiently so am confident if anyone else in neighborhood or family have issues have a good person as it means a lot when so many businesses out there do not concentrate on doing things right or give the best customer service. It was really nice to know that he could be there on a Sunday like he was & surprised that he was able to be there quickly like he was. I am not experienced with knowing what other companies charge but would imagine that some would cost extra or not be available on weekends. Also, I noticed that Stan was using a Rigid shop vac & that equipment which made me decide to buy the Rigid shop vac they had on sale at Home Depot since he said it was really a good shop vac & he has been impressed with the equipment he has which helps him to do his job & see exactly what is going on.
