My experience with Roto-Rooter was wonderful. I had a brand new washer, leak all over my floor and my adjuster wanted me to call a plumber to make sure ... it was not my water lines. So I called Roto-Rooter and they came out that evening and every thing on my end was fine. While he was there I asked him about my water heater. I had already asked one company about it. Ken the service man gave me pretty much the same answer, that it was 20 yrs. old and could go any time.So I ordered one that evening and two days later it was in. The service man was very nice and kept me informed as to what he was doing.
