The services were great!!! Randal was very polite & knowledgeable. Trying to set up an appointment was not so good. The day I scheduled someone to ... come out, they gave me a 4:00 appt. I had to race home from work to be there, but no one showed up. Someone called @ about 5:00 to say they were running late & would be there in about an hour. At 9:30 that night, I call the dispatch # & said it's too late & rescheduled for the next night @ 6:00. Randal showed up @ 9:00 (he called about 8:00 & said he was would be here in about an hour). He was very apologetic & did a great job in a short time. Not sure who's fault??
