I was initially quoted a 4 hour window of time for arrival of a plumber. The actual arrival, however, occurred shortly after my originating call and within 15 minutes of ... telephone notification that the plumber was en route. Total time from call to schedule service to completion of assessment and repair - under 2.5 hours (for the first workday after a long weekend). Mr. Cordes quickly verified the problem, provided a quote, effectuated the repair and prepared an invoice. If only other repair services could come close to this level of efficiency and responsiveness. Our repair was fairly simple, but I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again, even for a more complicated matter. Mahalo!
