Ok yes, I have used other plumbing services over the last 18 years. I would say a C grade. I called you guy's and the tech Richard came out and looked ... at my situation. His knowledge base was like being in a college setting he was a professor of my problem. Why I was having the issues he went out side to examine the ground level and gave me several other options that made solid sense. He educates you the customer while he diagnosis the problem. No sales pressure too . This tech is a true professional and knows what is talking about. A grade. 5 stars for sure!!!!!!!!!

Garrett #358 worked on our stubborn clogged main drain line for several hours. The line had roots and wet swipes in it but he was sure there is more to ... our drain problem as it was tough to get the snake or auger to go far into the line because of a probable break or shift in the clay pipe sections used at the time my home was built. The snake kept getting stuck as he attempted to get further out. Garrett managed to get about a hundred feet out and even had a nice gentleman that was going to run the drain line camera assist in getting the snake unstuck. Unfortunately when it was time to add a second roll of auger line his machine gave out. He left the job unfinished only because his machine started acting up. I was really impressed with his willingness to stay at it even though the circumstances would have caused others to bail on the job. I really felt bad when he left after about five or six hours of working on the problem without getting paid for it. I paid his replacement $500 dollars the next morning after about an hour of work. I hope the $500 paid is shared with Garrett as he did 90% of the work the day before. Both Garrett and the the drain camera man are great assets to your company as both worked to help each other get the drain clear and figure where my drain lines ran. Thanks to both of you. The guy that cleared the line the next day was ok too. But the work ethic of Garrett #358 and the camera gentleman was commendable. Thanks to both of you guys for all of your time and effort.

Hot water tank pressure overflow valve had water pouring out soaking the carpeted flooring in my dining room. I called Roto-Rooter for emergency service and in 45 min. - 1hr., ... the young man Jarad arrived at my home. Jarad was very professional and courteous, he assessed the problem and explained to me what was needed to resolve it. Because of the special part(s) had to be ordered from the manufacturer of the water tank, Jarad could not make a permenant repair, but he did suggest and do what was necessary to prevent the pressure overflow valve from continuing to leak. I am an observer of the Holy Sabbath day (sunset Fri. to sunset Sat.) so the urgency of my plumbing problem was another stress for me, however the fast response from Roto-Rooter and technician, Jarad, this stress was eliminated because the service call was completed an hour+ before sunset!!! THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER AND JARAD!!!
