Kevin arrived promptly and ... took care of the plugged floor drain I showed him my online coupon it was honored and I paid after service. Kevin was cordial and professional and did a perfect job. He was given an outdated Sweepstakes ticket and I tried to get to the site but it was cancelled. I then called your customer service and asked that they inform the drivers that the sweepstakes was outdated. I still give you 5 stars. I have used Roto Rooter for the last 5 or 10 years. He did an awesome job. Got my washer from overflowing right away. I needed my roots cleaned out of my sewer drain too. That didn't get done because we couldn't ... find the trap, but he gave me a coupon anyways. Before he left he set up a camera guy to come find my trap. Would use them again!
I have used you folks for years for one reason only KEITH...he is honest, knowledgable, punctual and 1001 traits I could list...I always ask for Keith when I call you ... folks...If he isn't readily available, I will simply wait till he is...Keith is a guy I would trust my house keys to at any time...
