I never received my survey link from my plumber but I felt the need to reach out and tell you what an outstanding service he provided me. I had purchased ... a new smart toilet and after removing the old toilet and trying to install the new one myself, I realized the water supply line was in the way. I was without a toilet and needed the water supply line to be moved ASAP. Varsity plumbing came earlier in the day and told me they didn't have the right equipment to move the line and told me I would have to wait until Monday morning at the earliest, but since I had other bathrooms in the house it should be fine. I was very disappointed and angry with them. Brian 3469, arrived at my house at 830PM and quickly walked me thru the work that needed to get done. He completed everything and within the hour I was able to install my new toilet and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Brian was simply outstanding. Your service technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. The initial service call was answered within a short time of my call. My only complaint is that while initially ... snaking out the clogged pipe, the pipe broke. I was still within the 6 month guarantee for the clogged drain but replacing the broken pipe was rather expensive. In total the repairs required three technicians but the problem was finally corrected this morning.
