Daryl was the name of our service person. He worked on the toilet for a long time, then went to the pipes in the basement, then to our septic tank outside. He was able to figure out that our problem all along was our septic tank and not the toilet. He fixed the problem in the tank and made sure to show us what it was and what he did to fix it in case it happens again. Daryl spent almost 2 hours at our house, and kept at it until the problem was fixed. Very much satisfied with the service. This is the 2nd time we have used Roto-Rooter.
