They stated they don't work with quest ... pipe which is where the leak was. The gave me information about probably having to have a plumber that deals with quest pipe to take care of the leak and gave me other options as well due to the issues with the quest pipe. Mr. Ali who did the water restoration assessment was also very friendly, professional and helpful with my questions about the insurance claim. Kevin and Isiah (I think) the water restoration guys, who brought the fans and machine that takes the moisture out of the air were very professional and helpful in answering my questions and concerns and also did the microbial treatment.
