We contacted Roto-Rooter for a very non traditional reason. We are an electrical contractor and we needed help clearing a conduit which was damaged by a backhoe. Ted came out ... and immediately jumped on it. When we determined the conduit was too long for his snake, he called backup. 2 more trucks showed up to add their snake lengths and helped us clear the conduit. We then attached our pull string to the snake and were able to successfully re-establish power for our customer. The whole crew stuck in there for the whole day and worked hard to help us finish the job. Thanks!!
