Wayne Newsome arrived and stayed all day until the job was DONE! He helped me handle the landlord who was giving me problems when I was trying to get it ... approved for repair. Then, when my dog ran out the front door into the street, he went and got him too. Lastly, he was clean and tidy. Even told me to use antibacterial cleaning supplies after he was done because of the work that had been performed. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber! Great guy :)
