I had a backed up shower that resulted in leaks in my neighbors condo below me and also in my garage. The plumber Mark came out with a camera to ... identify the leak. He was extremely professional and very polite, after extensive effort he was able to identify exactly where the drain was blocked by roots near my driveway outside. He immediately called your evacuation group who came out that night and corrected the problem. The group was lead by Darryl with Hassan and David. All were extremely efficient and assured the break was completely repaired. Darryl also made the best of a difficult situation and was upbeat throughout the entire difficult situation in the cold late at night. It was obvious that Darryl was respected by his team. While they were there, the restoration team of Mario and Angel came and started to remove the water damaged material immediately. They were very respectful or our property and worked until 10:45PM that night to make sure all the water soaked material was removed, completely clean up and started to dry out the affected area. I would like to highly commend all the workers who came out that showed a very positive polite attitude.

We weren’t able to have the replacement of our water heaters done on a Friday but since he knew what we needed we requested him for Saturday ... morning and He got what we needed at Ferguson’s and showed up and did the job til it was done including some code upgrades.
