The tech, Eric, was very professional and efficient and helped answer my questions. He finished cleaning the tank and filter, and was surprised we didn't have a problem, but were being pro active. We contacted Roto-Rooter and technician, Steven, called us back within 15 minutes of our contact. He said he would be here in a short time, and he certainly was ... arriving about 15 minutes later! Upon arrival he quickly identified the cause of the blockage presenting us with solutions to our recurring problem. We opted to do a replacement of the problem PVC joint; this replacement proved to be challenging due to large adjacent root growth. Steven worked dilligently and efficiently to complete the task. Throughout the process Steven was exceedingly professional and provided the quality customer service that we've come to expect from the Roto-Rooter Company!!!
