The Roto Rooter technician, Charlie, Tech No. 425, came late at night around midnight on 9/16/15 after we discovered our drain the basement was backing up and preventing us from ... using any device in the house that drained water. Charlie was pleasant and gave us confidence he knew what he was doing from the moment he arrived. He cleared the drain quickly and was gone within a half hour. We also got a 6 month warranty against future backups in that particular drain which definitely helps too. All in all, Roto Rooter and Charlie fixed our problem efficiently and effectively at a very inconvenient time for all. Thanks to him and the company.
