My sewer line backed up in the house we bought after only being there for two days. Kevin McCartney was the service technician / plumber that came out. ... He got the main line flowing and a few days later the lines in another area of the house backed up. The house had been used very little over the last fourteen years and none over the last two years so the cast iron sewer lines had developed some blockages. Kevin McCartney's professionalism and obvious pride in his work is why I called Roto-Rooter out again. I requested Mr. McCartney specifically the second time. The second time was much more involved but he was able to get our sewer lines back to doing what they do. I have told my kids and employees that you choose your attitude every day. It doesn't matter what happens through out the day you choose the attitude your going to have and present to society. It doesn't matter what you do if you take pride in your work, do it to the best of your ability and strive to improve you will be happier and the people you come into contact with will see it in you. Mr. McCartney is a great example of this and I appreciated what him taking care of our plumbing needs.
