After a maple tree root invaded my sewer line and caused a nasty overflow in my downstairs bathroom, Roto-Rooter cleared the drain and negotiated with my homeowner's insurance for the ... removal of the damaged flooring and drywall. I was undergoing chemotherapy at the time--I was exhausted all the time. Randy, Jason, Ishmael, and Daniel handled EVERYTHING, including removal of the entire downstairs hardwood floor when it was determined that everything would have to go. They brought in HEPA filters to purify the air (which I appreciate given my illness) and kept me informed of everything. I knew I was in good hands. The out of pocket fees were reasonable. The negotiation with the homeowner's insurance was much easier with Roto-Rooter on the line.

I have a Glacier Bay commode and it was flushing on its on every 2 to 3 minutes to the point it was making my gas hot water tank constantly ... fill and heating the water constantly. Your serviceman, Derrick, explained everything he had to do and what was happening. And if I had any additional problems not to hesitate to call him back. I did have to call him as it kept running just not to the extent it had been running. But on his second visit, he replaced a rubber washer and solved my problem. Thanks to Roto-Rooter and Derrick. Another plumbing company had told me they did not work on commodes made by Glacier Bay.
