The service man, Lyn was ... very polite and was exceptional in his knowledge of what needed to be done which was to install a new water heater. He was thorough in his work and explanation of what he did. He was immaculate in cleaning up his work area before leaving. I even had other concerns of which I told him we would get to that at a later date but he still took the time to answer my questions about my other concerns. On 5-21-15 I called to get an outdoor faucet repaired and also a toilet that was leaking. Robert Hicks was my technician and was very polite and professional in his ... repairs. the youngman came out about 2 weeks ago. He was nice and very helpful. He solved our problem of a stopped up pipe in our basement. first Servic-pro ... came out and cleaned up the back-up in our basement commode and shower. Then Roto-Rooter came out and finished the job. It was very interesting to watch him put the camera down the pipe and see what was going on with the TV Camera to watch how far it was going. He said we needed new pipes from inside the basement out to the outside the house because we had old pipes wrapped in tar paper which was crushed. I really enjoyed watching him work. It was so hot that day that his shirt was wet as water when he finished. I told him to go home, clean up and rest the rest of the night. He worked from about 4:00 to 6:15. I will use Roto-Rooter again if I need them!!

Roto-Rooter responded quickly to our call for a rental property in Marion and worked Friday evening until 7:00 or after. Then came back Saturday since the sewer line could ... not be cleared by snaking the line up to 100 ft so the used the Jet sprayer to clear it. They did not charge for the first trip since it wasn't cleared and no extra charges for after hours/weekend! They also notified me every step of the way as we live out of state.
