Your service techs were awesome, thorough and very nice. My problem with this company is the fee and my appointment was from 8-10am . I received a phone call at ... 9:37 saying tech was going to be a little late. Then at 10:55 I got a phone call saying they were on their way. After 30 min I called back to secretary she told me they were in my neighborhood a couple minutes away. At 11:54 they got to my house. That is two hours past my last scheduled service time. Your company advertises prompt service that isn't prompt.
