My husband and I were highly satisfied with our recent service. Our service plumber was named Alan. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue we had (a ... backed up kitchen drain). He was very through and took the time to answer all the questions I had during the time he was present at our home. I even requested he contact my husband before beginning any service. He was polite and very thorough in his description of the problem over the phone to my husband. He seemed very straightforward and honest! Great guy and great company. He was was very quick in coming to fix the problem. My husband called and he was at our door within a hour.
