Service tech actually arrived earlier than expected, Our problem was a clogged drain affecting the master bath toilet and tub. The tech had diagnosed the problem within about ten minutes ... and then spent maybe another 10 to 15 minutes to run the snake and get the clog cleared out. The tech used a camera to locate the clog and then took the time to explain why it was only affecting the master bath and not the other bathroom.
