Roger Drury was the person dispatched and he did an incredible job. He had to run a tool thru the waterline from the street to clear out roots that had grown through and caused blockages in the line. Once that was done...he stayed until the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were all checked and verified to be clear and that they functioned properly.
