I called in with an emergency situation and the person I spoke to was very helpful and worked me into the schedule so the plumber was at my house in ... less than an half an hour. I really appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was.

Had a backup situation....they came at the time they quoted me and was quick to assess the situation and start work. We were told what the situation was and he ... resolved it to the best of his ability...there is still more work to do, but that would have to be brought to the attention to the other company that caused the damage (per my request).
