I was out of town when my leak started. When I called for help your staff were like (911) responders/set up plans to do(start) my repair before I got home ... and kept me informed through the entire problem. Your repair man explained the damage and the repairs needed and had the job half finished when I got home. He answered all my questions and finished the repair in a very timely manner, and I still had time to go watch my grandson's football game. It could not have worked out better for me. DJ did an awesome job of working with difficult tenants and their wacky schedules. There is a lot more work to be done and the estimates will be along ... shortly to permanently solve the issues.
