The work was done in as timely manner as possible. We realized we were not the only customers with issues and spent the night in the local hotel since we ... didn't trust the plumbing to work through the night until the workers could arrive the next day. The men worked in the hot summer afternoon to dig the ditch by hand, locate the problem and fix it. Everything seems to be working just fine now (knock on wood!). Called MR Rooter at 1 am on Thanksgiving morning was promised that a tech would be contacting us shortly- at 6:30 am I called Roto -Rooter (gave up on Mr ... Rooter after 6 hours of them trying to contact their tech who was on call) James at Roto Rooter called and said he would be there at 8:30 am - he arrived on time and unstopped our drain in no time and was very thorough and professional.
