We had drainage issues today. Just our luck that this would happen on a major holiday weekend. Lance was our service technician and provided the most outstanding professionalism and customer service like I haven't seen in quite some time. He spent hours doing the necessary work ... to insure the quality and satisfaction of the completed job. Lance also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my plumbing problems. He was most polite and respectful. At my request, he took photos of needed repairs and completed work on his cell phone as I was unable to crawl under the house to see the damage. An appointment was set up for me between 10-noon, and Colt came at 9:30. I was expecting to have to wait all morning so I was pleasantly surprised. He was ... professional and pleasant, even though there were few complications. Also, I appreciated that he made sure everything was working before he left just in case, including my washing machine. Lance is the man! I have never received such excellent service before. He was so informative and respectful. I immediately trusted this kid, his ability to walk ... me through the steps explaining what was needed in order to fix my plumbing issues....relaxed me, I didn't feel any anxiety forking out almost 900.00. I originally called because of my bathroom sink was slow draining but ended up letting him replace some old faucets and etc. I am also going to be preparing to replace my old house pipes within the next 5 years. Being in management myself, I know how hard it find someone with his knowledge of product, work ethic, and manners. He deserves a raise. Lance Carter came out on a Sunday afternoon, he listened to me talking about having to miss church while I waited, and then let me know he got his black ... eye while jerking a strap off the back of a truck. It didn't take me but a few minutes to know his story was true and that in my presence was a young man whose mama and daddy had raised him right. Lance got to work and remedied our problem in great time. In advance he had reminded me of the extra charge for coming out on Sunday and gave me an estimate we both could live with. When I was Lance Carter's age, I had been serving as a young country preacher for seven years. I went on preaching for another 40 plus years.
