Had another plumbing company come out to unclog a laundry clog, they came out and ran the snake and after 2 hours said all was unclogged. On the next load ... of laundry the water cont to spillover. They said they did not guarantee that work. WHAT?? Called roto-rooter and they came out the same day. Russell the tech that came out was very professional and let me watch as he ran the camera and showed me the clog. After running the snake, he again ran the camera and noticed still some clog, reran the snake & camera until clog was cleared. I called with a leak problem. The Technician was delayed getting out to the house on Tuesday so I rescheduled for Wednesday. Again there was a delay. This upset me ... slightly but the dispatch worked with the Technicians and got someone out within the time frame asked. I commend this customer service. I had an issue but it was corrected quickly and politely. The Technician, Garrett Garafola, found the leak within minutes and corrected it within an hour. He was polite and did his work very well.
