I would like to personally thank Shane who came out to clean our mainline. He was so helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up calling him back a month ... (and 2 days) after he came out the first time. He explained to us that we had damage to our mainline due to old pips and he marked the areas on the grass for us. He also explained to us how we could get it fixed the easiest way. Shane went above and beyond my expectations and I hope this gets passed along to him and his direct supervisor so he can be recognized for his superior work ethic and professionalism.

We had a negative experience the week before. The second time Roto-Rooter came to our home it was a very positive experience. It was Keith - the vice ... president - who came out. He listened to our concerns and was very professional. We would use Roto-Rooter in the future is needed.

We constantly have root problems with our pipes and sprung it on the plumber when he came that the best clean out we ever had was when Roto Rooter went ... through the manhole in the middle of our cul de sac. We did not know we needed the city of Fort Collins permission to pull the manhole. He took the time to call the main office to get that approval, picked up additional equipment needed to complete the job and once we received approval came back and completed the job.
