Commercial Portal Service History | Wind River Environmental

The Service History page provides a list of your services, a color-coded status and allows you to view and download the list and the associated documents.

You can now Filter on Store #, Site Name, Address, of any jobsite to select a specific jobsite to display its Service History. A CNTL-click allows you to select multiple jobsites from the dropdown.

The Search Field allows a general search of any text on the Work Order. Searching for MA will bring back Work Orders in Massachusetts, but also addresses on Main Street.

You can use the Export List link to export the Service History list to a file you can find in the Download Folder in File Manager. It will be named:

  • WRE-CustomerName-TodayDate-Time-FilterDays-ServiceHistory

From the list, you can select individual job documents, or you can use the Select All checkbox at the top to select all available documents.

Once the desired Work Orders are selected, use the Download/View link to generate a list of Work Orders and all associated documents. In the Documents pop up list, you can:

In the Documents pop up list, you can:

  • Select all the documents of a specific type by using CNTL-click on a document type
  • View or Download an individual document using the View or Download link on the line.
  • Select All the documents using the Select All button.
  • View multiple documents by selecting the radio button the left and hitting View button at the bottom (up to 10 at a time)
  • Request multiple documents by selecting the radio button on the left and hitting Request Documents button at the bottom. This will process off-line, and send you an eMail with a link to the documents to download.

The OrderID link will open the Order Detail in a new tab displaying additional order information.
