We wound up with water backing up into our toilets late in the afternoon. We didn’t have any contacts, so we started calling and found out that emergency and 24-hour service is not always provided as advertised. My daughter had used Zoom in the past and said they were good. I called and was told next day, but Brad did us a favor and showed up about a half hour later. Great job, very professional. Will certainly use again.

Came out immediately and finished what the plumber that I had there couldn’t do. Will never call anyone else but these guys again. I ended up paying two plumbers when I should have just called here. Lesson learned. Awesome guys!

Be careful, only call Zoom; they give you upfront pricing and get the job done. And forget about it. Best pricing, I'm telling you this. I went through all the calls and B.S.
