I have been dealing with a drain issue in my bathtub for several months. I finally had it and luckily came across Zoom Drain! The team from Zoom Drain are amazing. From the initial phone call to completion, it was a great experience. I called this morning and they came this afternoon. They came in, assessed the issue, and in less than an hour it was fixed! The water is flowing perfectly. Not only did they fix the issue, but they explained what the issue was and how to manage it going forward. They fit me in immediately when I came to them about a blocked drain in the basement. They came and determined that the 30-year-old pipe needed to be replaced and showed us it was totally blocked and their machine couldn't get through. We had a shower/bathtub drain clogged up. We called our plumbing company, and they said they thought it might be a main sewer line issue, which they don’t handle. Thank God they referred us to Zoom Drain. They sent out Aaron N., who was absolutely incredible. What a great asset to the company he is. He quickly assessed the situation, told us it wasn’t a main sewer line issue, and communicated and explained everything to us before he did anything. He took the electric snake and unclogged the issue with no problem. He kept the work area very clean. And to Steve and Justin, who took the messages, thank you also for your professionalism.
