Steve Spensley, owner of Zoom Drain Birmingham, brings over 25 years of leadership and service experience to the business. A former Royal Artillery Officer in the UK military, Steve went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Communications and Media from Loughborough University, where he also played collegiate rugby. His career spans complex global operations in private security, founding and growing an international risk management firm, and building a high-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partner business that successfully completed nearly 80,000 routes and delivered close to 15 million packages.
Steve’s commitment to customer service and operational excellence continues through his leadership of Vulcan Last Mile Solutions, a fleet support company, and his recognition as an Amazon Pinnacle Partner—a distinction awarded to fewer than 10% of DSPs. His experience managing people, scaling businesses, and cultivating long-term customer relationships lays a strong foundation for Zoom Drain Birmingham’s success.
Though originally from the UK, Steve has proudly called Alabama home for nearly 20 years. He and his wife, a Birmingham native, have built their life together in the Dunnavant Valley near Mt Laurel, raising their family and becoming active members of the local community.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys RVing, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family. His passion for leadership, service, and community connection is at the heart of everything he brings to Zoom Drain Birmingham.
